Evergreen perennial with aromatically scented, grey-green, fine foliage. Pruning in March-April produces beautiful, bushy plants. Lavenders come from the south and therefore need a lot of sun to develop, bloom and smell. They are ideal for hedge-like borders or in containers, and also go well with roses.
